At PocketPaw, we know you and your pup are eager to start your next adventure! We work hard to get your order out the door and on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Times

All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major public holidays.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days once the carrier picks up your package.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. (Tip: If you offer free shipping over a certain amount, mention it here! e.g., "We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.")
How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the carrier's latest information.
International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. PocketPaw is not responsible for these additional charges.
Delays and Missing Packages

While we do everything in our power to ensure fast delivery, sometimes carrier delays happen due to weather or high volume.

If your tracking shows as "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it's still missing after 3 days, reach out to us at alessandra@altioragym.com and we will help make it right!
